Chia Pudding | Cooking with Thatown2

This is a simple keto friendly, low carb breakfast that can be made ahead of time the night before and can last up to a week in the refrigerator if made in large batches. Below is the base recipe but once made it can be topped with an assortment of items to make it sweet or savory. I added coconut and blueberries. Thank you for watching!!! Ingredients

  • 2 TBS Chia Seed
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Add chia seeds and almond milk to a bowl, mix together, cover, and refrigerate for a least an hour or two or overnight. Once you remove it from the refrigerator mix again and it should thicken up. Then you can top it with your fruit.
