Wussup Towners. The World’s Best Cauliflower definitely lives up to its name. This dish came out amazing, the cauliflower was soft and super tender but still was able to add that crunch to the sections that the parmesan cheese was able to stick to. The amount of flavor that we were able to get on these cauliflower florets was crazy. I’m not even going to lie to you guys this dish reminded me of scallop potatoes. I hope you guys try this dish out and let me know what you think, this dish would be great as an appetizer, side dish, or a dish for a vegetarian.
Ingredients
12 oz of cauliflower
4 tablespoons of butter
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pink salt
1 tsp creole seasoning (optional)
2 tsp Italian seasoning or herb de Provence
2-3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. While the oven comes up to temp, place the cauliflower in the microwave to steam for 4 minutes. Once cauliflower is out of the microwave, in an oven-safe dish add in the melted butter. Season with paprika, garlic powder, pink salt, creole seasoning, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Mix all the seasoning together with the butter, then add in the cauliflower. Coat all sides of the cauliflower in the butter and seasonings then place in the oven to cook for 20 minutes. The parmesan cheese should add a nice crust to the sections of the cauliflower that they were able to stick to. Serve and Enjoy.
