How To Make The Best Crab Cakes | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. My friend Carl called me with questions about which seasonings he should use on his crab cakes. I gave him some ideas on how to season it and I thought I asked him to send me pics of it but I actually said to film it and he did! So here is his recipe for Crab Cakes. I think he did a great job in his YouTube debut. LOL. This video is not keto friendly but feel free to adjust the recipe to your dietary needs. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 – 6 oz cans of lump crab meat
  • 4 tbsp Cooking With Thatown2 Lemon Garlic Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Cooking With Thatown2 All Purpose Seasoning No Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 cup of panko bread crumbs

Directions
Open the cans of lump crab meat and drain the liquid. Season the crab meat with lemon garlic and all-purpose seasoning. Whisk the egg together and add it to the crab meat. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mayo, dijon mustard, and bread crumbs. Mix all together well and then start forming your patties to the size you feel comfortable with. This recipe makes 6-8 patties. Add the formed crab patties to a skillet over medium heat with oil. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
