Wussup Towners. Today we played around a little bit in the kitchen and came up with these Keto Friendly, Low Carb, Mini Pizza Cheese Bites. We filled the cheese bites with cheese, cream cheese, jalapenos, and pepperoni. We coated them with pork rinds, and man these bad boys came out amazing.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup of ground pork rinds
- 2 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeno
- 7-8 pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
Direction
Start by adding pork rinds into a blender and crush to a fine powder. Next, chop up jalapenos and pepperonis and add them into a bowl along with the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, and crushed red peppers. Place in the microwave for 60 seconds. Once out of the microwave mix all cheese together. Once combined pull small pieces of cheese off and roll them into a bowl and coat with the pork rinds. Next, place the pizza bites into the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes at 390-400 degrees. Let cool and enjoy.
