Wussup Towners. Today for lunch we made a tomato sandwich. This sandwich was very similar to the bell pepper sandwich we previously made. Using thick cut tomato slices as the bun instead of bread. This is an excellent sandwich to help you stay on your keto low carb journey.
Ingredients
- 1 large tomato
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp Cooking With Thatown2 Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 6 slices of deli meat
- small handful of baby spinach
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2-4 slices of bacon
- 1 jalapeno
Directions
Take the tomato and cut large thick cut slices out of the center of the tomato. Spread softened cream cheese over the tomato slices and top with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Layer deli meat, spinach, jalapenos, bacon, and cheese. Then place the other tomato slice on top of the sandwich slice (if necessary) and enjoy.
