Wussup Towners. For breakfast today we made a quick and easy keto low carb recipe. We made keto bread in the microwave in 2 minutes. Toasted it up in a skillet with butter and made an egg and cheese sandwich. Sit back relax and enjoy. This whole sandwich from start to finish literally took about 5 minutes from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp psyllium husk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- pinch of onion powder
- pinch of garlic powder
Directions
Start off with a glass dish, and add melted butter, almond flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, baking powder, and psyllium husk. Next, add one egg and mix well until no lumps. Smooth out the mixture and place in the microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave and let cool for one minute. Remove from the glass dish. Optional place bread in a skillet over medium low heat with butter and toast bread for 45 seconds.
