Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup ice
- 8 oz almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbs sugar substitute
- 3/4 scoop of zero carb vanilla whey protein
Directions
Fill your blender cup with ice and add the almond milk, heavy whipping cream, blueberries, cream cheese, sugar substitute, and whey protein to a blender and mix for 30 seconds or until smooth. Feel free to top with sugar free whipped cream and additional blueberries if you like. This recipe will make enough for 2 people.
