Wussup Towners. It’s cake time. If you’re having a party, or just want some cake don’t get left out being the only one not eating cake. LOL. Try this super simple keto friendly, sugar free Lemon Pound Cake Recipe. This Lemon Pound Cake made from Almond Flour came out excellent and had a nice sweet lemon flavor. The almond flour wasn’t overpowering or anything. Hope you guys enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups almond flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- ¾ cup of sugar substitute
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
- 4 tbs butter (room temp)
- 2 tsp lemon extract
- 4 eggs
In a large bowl add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar substitute together and mix to remove all lumps. Next add cream cheese, butter, eggs, and lemon extract. Mix until well combined. Pour the cake mix into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. After cooling for 15 minutes we topped it off with sugar free confectioners sugar.
