Wussup Towners. I was craving some Ice Cream today and decided to put a little spin on it to kick it up a notch. We made a Rum Root Beer Float. We added Bacardi Rum, Diet A&W Root Beer, and Vanilla Rebel Ice Cream. We kept it keto friendly and low carb. All Ingredients are sugar free. Hope you guys try it out and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rum
- 2 scoops of Rebel Vanilla Ice Cream
- 8 oz diet A&W root beer
- 1 tbs sugar free whipped cream
Most of the time keto ice cream is super hard straight out of the freezer, so you may have to let the ice cream sit out at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before you can even dig into it. Once able to scoop add 2 scoops of ice cream to your glass, add 2 oz of rum and top the glass off with diet root beer. Pour slowly so that the foam doesn’t spill out the glass. Once the foam has settled top the glass with whipped cream.
