Wussup Towners. I wanted a nice appetizer to make for the games and ended up making this large pan of Spinach Dip. I also even made a small personal pan and topped it off with bacon. This Spinach Dip is a perfect dish that can be used as an appetizer, party dip, or the perfect fat bomb dish. Hope you guys enjoy this keto, low carb recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 jalapenos
- 3 cups spinach
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 ½ cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp onion powder (to taste)
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- top o f your spinach dip before putting it in the oven with additional cheese
- ¼ – ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (depending on how big your baking pan is)
- ¼ – ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (depending on how big your baking pan is)
- ¼ – ½ cup parmesan cheese
- optional bacon bits
Directions
Start by chopping all the vegetables garlic, jalapenos, tomatoes, and spinach, and add them into a large bowl. Next, add mayonnaise, sour cream, softened cream cheese, and tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Mix and combine, taste to see if any additional seasonings are needed. Place into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheeses mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan. Bake in the oven uncovered for 35 mins at 350°. Once finished you can finish under the broiler to brown the cheese on top for 2 mins.
