Ham and Cheese Bites | Biscuits | Keto | Low Carb | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. These Ham and Cheese Bites or Biscuits are keto friendly and low carb and super easy to make for breakfast or for meal prepping. After cooking the eggs, combine all the ingredients into one bowl, mix together, then place the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Letting the mixture sit will allow the coconut flour to absorb the moisture and firm up. Scoop out to a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. Enjoy!

Ingredient

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 oz butter
  • 6 oz chopped ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup of cheese
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • dash salt and pepper

Start off with a large bowl and add in softened cream cheese, softened butter, diced ham, eggs, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, baking powder, and coconut powder. Mix everything together from the biscuit dough. Next, on a baking sheet, we used an ice cream scooper and scooped out biscuits. Placed them in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. This recipe made around 20 biscuits.
