These Sugarfree, Keto Friendly, Low Carb Fathead Dough Chocolate Brownies are sure to knock out any of those sweet tooth cravings you may be having. The fathead dough is very easy to put together and you’ll have these brownies in the oven in no time. Try this recipe out the next time you have some chocolate cravings, paired with a glass of almond milk, and you are good to go. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup almond flour
- ½ cup sugar sub
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbs baking powder
- dash of salt
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
optional
- sugar free chocolate syrup
Directions
In a mixing bowl add almond flour, sugar substitute, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix all together to remove all lumps. In another bowl add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until soft and able to mix together. Once mixed add in the egg as well as the dry ingredients. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
