Grilled Chicken Wings | BBQ Wings | Smoked Sausage | Sirloin Steak | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. We went outside (aka the backyard) and had a nice relaxing grill session. got some fresh air. Today we got our grill on and BBQ/Grilled whole chicken wings, smoked sausage, and Sirloin Steaks on a charcoal grill. So sit back pop open your beverage of choice and relax with us. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 1 tbs Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbs Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper

Optional

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Sirloin Steaks

  • 1 tbsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper

We seasoned the chicken wings with chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, sea salt, and pepper. We started off cooking them over direct heat to brown both sides then moved them to indirect heat to finish cooking until they reached an internal temp of 165

The sirloin steaks were seasoned simply with salt and pepper.
