Bagels | Fathead Dough | Apple Pie Flavored | Keto | Low Carb | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. If you miss eating bagels while on the keto diet. Then you definitely need to try these fat head dough bagels. These bagels are keto friendly, low carb, sugar free, and delicious. These fat head dough bagels were made with almond flour, mozzarella, and cream cheese. The bagels were seasoned with apple pie flavored seasoning. These bagels are very simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp apple pie spice (optional if you want plain bagels)
  • 2 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

To start mix your dry ingredients almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and apple pie seasoning. Mix to combine. In another bowl add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and place in the microwave for 1 minute to melt. Mix and combine the cheese until it forms a ball. Then combine your wet and dry ingredients as much as you can. Once mixed add your eggs and vanilla extract. Your mixture will turn into a thick ball this should take about 30 seconds of mixing. Next, take your donut mold and grease it with butter or oil you will need to piece your bagel mix into the mold it will not pipe into the mold. Once shaped and in the mold place in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
