  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups of the coffee of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT Oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of ghee or unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar substitute
  • Optional Your choice of keto creamer

Directions

Brew your coffee to your liking. Add MCT oil, ghee or unsalted butter, sugar substitute, and sugar free creamer. Add to a blender and blend for 10 seconds
