Wussup Towners. If you are a peanut butter fan like I am then you are going to love this recipe. I got the idea to make this recipe due to always adding peanut powder to my smoothies and also making the peanut butter and jelly smoothie. So I was like why not just go all out with the straight peanut butter smoothie. As always we made this smoothie keto friendly, low carb, and sugar free. I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ice
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop of zero carb vanilla whey protein
- 2 tsp peanut butter powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp or 3 packets of stevia sugar substitute
- 1 tbs raw peanuts
Directions
Into a blender cup add ice, almond milk, vanilla whey protein, peanut butter powder, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute. Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Optional top with sugar free whipped cream and raw peanuts.
