Hello Towners, This Blackened Pan Seared Swai Fish recipe is a delicious quick dish that can be cooked for lunch or dinner. This fish can be used for fish tacos, over a salad, or with some nice veggies.
- Blackened Seasoned
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Creole Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning if you want it spicy add
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
- ½ teaspoon Hot Paprika (Optional) if you do not have Italian seasoning you can also add ½ teaspoon Thyme (Optional) ¼ teaspoon Oregano (Optional) mix all seasonings together and sprinkle over top of fish
Directions
Combine all seasonings and sprinkle over fish or season fish while in the pan. Add fish to a skillet with olive oil and buter, season both sides of the fish, and cook both sides of fish for 2-3 minutes on each side.
