Wussup Towners. Today we cooked some Ribeye steaks with a chimichurri sauce. These steaks came out perfect being cooked in this newly seasoned Carbon Steelpan. This is a great protein to have with your meals while on the keto low carb diet.
- Chimichurri sauce
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 6 whole cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil few dashes of red pepper flakes.
Directions.
To Make the Chimichurri sauce we added all of the ingredients into a blender parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion powder, pepper, kosher salt, white wine vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Mix mixed for 30 seconds and seasoned the steaks while cooking them in the skillet to a nice medium well temperature.
