Cheeseburger Salad | Keto at McDonalds | Fast Food | Low Carb | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. Sometimes you have to eat on the go. Today we visited Mcdonald’s and picked up some cheeseburgers. We asked for no bun on the burgers. We came home and made a quick salad and chopped up the burger patties from Mcdonald’s and used them to make a cheeseburger salad. As always we are keeping it keto friendly and low carb.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/8 cup Onion
  • 1/8 cup Tomatoes
  • 1/2 of a Jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup Cheese
  • 2 Hamburger patties with no bun (Mcdonald’s)

Directions
When you visit Mcdonald’s ask for a bunless burger. Feel free to order any burger on the menu just make sure that there is no bread and no ketchup on the patties. Chop up the salad into small pieces and add the meat to your salad. Feel free to add any additional burger toppings to the salad that you like and enjoy.
