Wussup Towners. Today we put a spin on the cauliflower mac and cheese that we normally make. This time we added a little bit of heat to our mac and cheese, via the addition of jalapenos, serrano peppers, and some ham. Try out this keto friendly, low carb recipe guys this spicy cauliflower mac and cheese came out amazing.
Ingredients
- 24 oz Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 3 oz butter softened
- 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 tbs Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Mustard Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 2 cups cheese
- 1/4 cup jalapeno
- 2 serrano peppers
- 1/2 cup diced ham
Directions
In a large bowl add mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and butter. Place in the microwave and heat for one minute. Add cooked cauliflower florets to the cheese mixture. Next, season with chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, ground mustard, sour cream, and almond milk. Mix all ingredients together well. Next add in diced ham, jalapeno, serrano peppers, shredded mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Place the cauliflower macaroni onto a greased baking sheet. and top with additional mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes uncovered.
