Wussup Towners. Today we put a nice spin on these pork chops. We topped them with black pepper and horseradish to make Horseradish Crusted Pork Chops. The horseradish gave a nice kick of spice, and heat and brought some new flavor to this dish. We hope you enjoy this keto friendly, low carb dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb of smoked pork chops
- 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp Cooking With Thatown2 BBQ Rub
- 4 tsp prepared horseradish
- cover top with black pepper
Directions
Season the pork chops with a seasoning of your choice. We use a combination of all purpose seasoning as well as Cooking With Thatown2 BBQ Rub. After the pork chops were seasoned topped each pork chop with prepared horseradish and black pepper. Place the pork chops in the oven at 425 for 20 mins.
