Pork Loin Chops and Eggs | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. Today for breakfast we cooked Pork Loin Chops and Eggs. This is a simple keto friendly, low carb breakfast that can be made for multiple people or even meal prepping. (Eggs reheat very well in the microwave). We had a little mishap toward the end of the video. LOL. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin chops
  • 1 tbs brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4-6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup tomato
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all of your seasonings together brown sugar substitute, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, ground mustard, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper. After mixing take your pork loin chops and place them in a Ziploc bag and add 2 tbs of seasoning to coat your meat. Rub all the seasonings into your meat and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour. If you have any seasoning remaining feel free to save it and use it to season additional dishes later. Heat a large skillet with oil and pan fry your loin chops for 2 mins per side. Once finished in another skillet heat up your oil to scramble your eggs add your veggies of choice if needed we added tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
