Blueberry Waffles | Birch Benders | Keto | Low Carb | Produce Review | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. For breakfast today we tried out the Birch Benders Pancake and Waffle Mix. We kicked it up a notch by adding blueberries to the mix to make Blueberry Waffles. The Birch Benders Pancake and Waffle Mix came out really nice the waffles were not chalky or anything as some keto, low carb items sometimes are. Definitely try out this recipe topped with sugar free syrup, blueberries, and or strawberries. Enjoy guys.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Birch Benders Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 6-8 frozen Blueberries per waffle

Directions
Mix water and powder pancake mix together in a bowl. Pour the mixture into your waffle maker and add your blueberries before closing. Cook for 2-3 minutes until waffles are cooked. This mixture makes 4 waffles.
