Carbquik Biscuits | Ham and Egg | Keto | Low Carb | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. Today we are trying out Carbquik Biscuit mix to make biscuits. Carbquik is a keto friendly, lowcarb flour that people on the keto diet are able to enjoy. As you know while being on keto biscuits are one of the items that you just totally have to avoid while being on the low carb diet, and this mix definitely allows you to enjoy an item that you have been missing. These biscuits are super easy to make all you really need to make the biscuits is water. But most people do tend to add additional ingredients and/or flavor to the biscuit mix. Try out this recipe and let me know if you like Carbquik or what items you have made with the Carbquik flour. We ate these with ham and eggs. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Carbquik flour
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 1 tbs olive oil (optional)
  • 2 tbs butter (optional)

Directions
Add the Carbquik flour, water, and oil to a bowl and mix until combined. If your dough is still crumbly and not uniform you can add a tsp of water at a time until you reach the consistency needed to form your biscuits. Place your biscuits on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 350 for 12-15 mins.
