Cookie Dough Fat Bombs | Keto | Sugar Free | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. This keto friendly low carb Cookie Dough recipe is super easy to make with just 6 ingredients it literally can be made in less than 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz butter (softened)
  • 2 tbs and 2 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cake batter extract (vanilla is ok also)
  • ¼ kosher salt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ⅓ chocolate chips

Directions

Start off with soften butter this will make it a lot easier to work with. If your butter is not soft enough you can place it in the microwave and heat it in 10 second increments until soft enough to mix but not melt. Next, add the sugar, cake batter extract, salt, and almond flour to the butter and mix with a hand mixer until soft crumbles form. Once the crumbles form, add in the chocolate chips and mix until the dough turns to a ball. Then take a spoon and scoop out your balls. you can free-form shape them or roll them into balls.
