Wussup Towners. Mug Cakes are go to easy to make snacks or desserts that people on the ketogenic diet enjoy quite often and they are very easy to make. This Chocolate Mug Cake is keto friendly, sugar free and made with a few ingredients. It’s also ready in under 2 minutes. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 tbs Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tbs sugar substitute
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 tbs almond flour
- 2 tsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking flour
- 1/2 cake batter extract
Directions
In a bowl mix together all of the dry ingredients sugar substitute, cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut powder, and baking powder.
Add your wet ingredients butter (melted or softened), egg, extract (your choice I used cake batter) and mix all together until you have a smooth cake batter.
(Or you can do like I did in this video and just dump everything together all in one bowl and mix. LOL)
Spray a microwavable mug with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking. Pour the cake batter into the mug and microwave for 90 seconds to 2 mins depending on the power of your microwave. My cake took 2 minutes to cook in my microwave. Once your cake has risen and is firm it is finished. Be careful taking this mug out of the microwave it may be very HOT. Enjoy!
