Wussup Towners. If you are having some cravings for some bread give this recipe a try. It’s a very nice alternative to buying keto bread from the store. Plus you are aware of everything that goes in it. And it gives you a thicker, denser bread than the 60 or 90 second bread that is made in the microwave. This keto friendly, low carb, sugar free Coconut Flour Bread is very easy to make. After baking, it can be pan fried or toasted. We ate the bread with butter, jelly, over eggs like an open faced sandwich and also with lunch meat and cheese. We hope you like the recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 3/8 cup of ground flax seed
- 1/8 chia seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 packets or half tsp of stevia
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
Directions
In a bowl sift the coconut flour to remove any lumps, then add your ground flax seed, chia seeds, salt, baking powder baking soda, and sugar. Next, whisk all the ingredients together. Once combined add your wet ingredients eggs, water, apple cider vinegar. and mix. Once the dough comes together and forms a ball you can stop mixing. In a loaf pan spray all sides with cooking spray to prevent the bread from sticking. Pour the dough into your baking dish and smooth out the top half of the dough for even cooking. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Once finished let cool for 5-10 mins, slice, and enjoy.
