Hello Towners. We made a breakfast egg loaf. This easy to make low carb keto friendly breakfast taste just like french toast with a lot less work. It has all the ingredients that you would normally add to French toast except for there is no bread. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sugar free syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar substitute
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbs butter
Place all ingredients into a blender or mix by hand. Add eggs, vanilla extract, sugar-free syrup, sugar substitute, nutmeg, cinnamon, cream cheese, and butter. Mix until well combined. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
