Loaded Jalapeno Poppers | Air Fryer | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. Today we have some Loaded Jalapeno Poppers made with cream cheese, salami, pepperoni, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and pork rinds. Ingredients

  • 6-8 jalapenos halved and seeded
  • 3-4 slices of pepperoni and salami chopped
  • half of a tomato’
  • 4 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 1tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of crushed pork rinds

Chop your pepperoni and salami and cook for 2 minutes.
Let your cream cheese sit out at room temp to soften or place in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix instead of the pork rinds and mix together.
You can place all the ingredients into a ziploc bag and snip the corner to pipe into the jalapenos or you can spoon them into the jalapenos. Top with pork rinds. Bake in oven or air fryer for 15-20 mins at 400 degrees
