My wife wanted a chocolate milkshake to get rid of those sugar cravings. So we whipped up this quick keto friendly, low carb, sugar free chocolate milkshake made out of almond milk and chocolate protein powder. Once we tasted it we both looked at each other and said this taste just like a Wendy’s frosty. My wife was happy but then she was bummed out because now she wanted some French fries. Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2-3 packets of stevia sugar
- 1 tbs of sugar free chocolate syrup
- sugar free whipped cream
Add ice, almond milk, protein powder, stevia sugar substitute, and sugar free chocolate syrup to a blender and mix for 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Top with sugar free whipped cream.
