Peanut Butter Cups | Sugar Free | Keto Chocolate Reese’s Cup | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners, today I made my keto friendly, low carb version of sugar free Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. The recipe filled all 24 slots on a mini cupcake pan. They are made with less than 5 ingredients. Thank you for watching!!! Please Like, Share, and Subscribe.

After pouring the bottom layer of chocolate place the pan in the freezer to allow the chocolate to solidify for 10 minutes. If I were to make this again i would add 2 of the tablespoons of coconut oil to the chocolate and then add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the peanut butter to thin it out and make it easier to pour over the bottom layer of chocolate. After the layer of peanut butter pour over the top layer of chocolate. Place back in the freezer to allow the whole chocolate peanut butter cup to solidify. Please note that once out of the freezer these peanut butter cups thaw out and start to melt VERY FAST. Enjoy…..

Ingredients

  • Olive oil spray
  • 1/2 cup of sugar free natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups of sugar free milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tbs of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of sugar substitute

Add chocolate chips, coconut oil, and sugar to a bowl and microwave in 15 second increments until chocolate has melted. Stir all together and set aside. Spray a mini cupcake pan with olive oil cooking spray. Pour chocolate into each cupcake slot until 1/3 full. Place the cupcake pan into the freezer for 10 minutes. Once out of the freezer fill the remaining cupcake 1/3 full with peanut butter and place them back into the freezer for 10 minutes. Once out of the freezer fill the remaining cupcake slots with chocolate and place back into the freezer for another 10 minutes. Store these in the refrigerator or the freezer in a ziploc bag. These will start to melt rapidly if left out.
