Wussup Towners. Today we made strawberry milkshakes out of almond milk, strawberry protein powder, and fresh strawberries. It is a zero sugar, low carb, keto friendly milkshake. Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2-3 packets of stevia sugar
- 2-3 fresh strawberries chopped
- sugar free whipped cream
Add ice, almond milk, protein powder, stevia sugar substitute, and fresh strawberries to a blender cup and blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Top with sugar free whipped cream.
