Hello Towners. This Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie is keto friendly, low carb and sugar free. This smoothie can be had for breakfast, lunch or just a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 1 scoop of zero carb strawberries and cream protein powder
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of peanut flour
Add all ingredients into a blender. Ice, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberry and cream protein powder, greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and peanut flour. Blend for 30 seconds until creamy and smooth
