Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie | Keto | Sugar Free | Cooking With Thatown2

Hello Towners. This Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie is keto friendly, low carb and sugar free. This smoothie can be had for breakfast, lunch or just a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1 scoop of zero carb strawberries and cream protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut flour

Add all ingredients into a blender. Ice, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberry and cream protein powder, greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and peanut flour. Blend for 30 seconds until creamy and smooth
