Hello Towners. This delicious healthy low carb, keto friendly, sugar free smoothie can be had for breakfast, lunch or just a snack. If you love chocolate and berries give it a try.
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup of greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Ice, frozen blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, chocolate protein powder, greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy 30-45 seconds. Enjoy
