Hello Towners. Cheese Shell Tacos are a great way to continue to enjoy tacos. While on the Keto Diet. They are keto friendly and low carb and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/8 cup of cheddar cheese
Directions
In a nonstick pan sprinkle mozzarella cheese in a circular pattern then mix in cheddar cheese let sit for 45 seconds to a minute, use a rubber spatula to start to loosen up the sides of the cheese tortilla if the edges start to stick. Once the bottom half browns remove from the pan and let cool. The tortilla will harden as it cools.
