Lemon Pepper Wet Wings | Air Fryer | Cooking With Thatown2

Hello Towners. These Lemon Pepper Wet Wings are keto friendly, low carb and cooked in an Air Fryer.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • half a stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder dash of salt
  • 1.5-2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar lemon zest juice of half a lemon

Directions

Season Wings with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix together and place in the air fryer. Spray with olive oil cooking spray. Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 20 mins flipping halfway.

To make the Lemon Pepper sauce add unsalted butter, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, vinegar, and lemon zest to a skillet over low heat and simmer for 5-10 mins on low. Toss wings in sauce or pour over wings.
