Wussup Towners. My wife made dinner this evening, and she cooked a delicious keto friendly, low carb Chicken Parmesan. This meal was super quick and easy to whip together. She basically tossed all the ingredients into a skillet on the stovetop to brown the chicken and then finished everything off in the oven. We paired this meal with cauliflower mash and jalapeno salad. Please check out this recipe and I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients
- 6-7 chicken breast
- 1 tbsp All-purpose seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 24 oz Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Season the chicken with all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat up an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and chicken to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side enough to brown the chicken. Next, add the tomato sauce to the skillet to cover all the chicken. Then top the chicken off with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Place the chicken in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 mins. Once the chicken is done feel free to place the chicken under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the top of the
