This Gin Mojito cocktail is keto friendly and sugar free. Made with Gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, mint leaves, sparkling water, and simple syrup made with stevia. Please drink responsibly.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 8 mint leaves
- ½ lime
- ½ cup sparkling water
- 2 tbs simple syrup
If you do not have any simple syrup you can make it yourself by mixing sugar and water at a 1:1 ratio of equal parts. we took ½ cup of water and ½ cup of stevia and mixed them in a pot on low. once the mixture is heated and the sugar had melted you can take it off the stove to cool.
In a mixing glass add your mint leaves and lime and puddle or smash to release the juices. To that add your gin, sparkling water, and simple syrup and stir. once well combined strain into a glass of ice and enjoy.
