Wussup Towners. You guys have to try out these coconut flour eggs white wraps. They are a great alternative to using the keto, low carb tortillas or using any other option for your tortilla or wraps. These Coconut Flour Egg White Wraps or Egg White Tortillas are keto friendly, low carb, and super healthy. They are made with very few ingredients basically egg whites and coconut flour. I hope you guys try out this recipe and enjoy it!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 8 egg whites or 1 ½ cup of liquid egg whites
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp (optional) ground psyllium husk powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
Directions
In a bowl mix the coconut flour and baking powder together. Next, add egg white, and water and combine. Next, season the batter with whatever flavors you would like your wraps to taste. I kept it simple and seasoned them with salt, garlic, and onion powder. Heat a skillet over low to medium low heat, pour in the batter, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side cooking as if you are making thin pancakes.
