Avocado Jalapeno Poppers | Keto | Low Carb | Fat Bombs | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. These Avocado Jalapeno Poppers are loaded with creamy avocados and cream cheese. They are keto friendly, low carb and sugar free. Please try them out as an alternative to the normal jalapeno poppers that you normally make. Enjoy!

Ingredients

6-8 jalapenos
1 whole avocado
2 oz cream cheese
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ onion powder
¼ garlic powder
¼ cup of cheese

Directions

To make your filling in a bowl add your avocado and softened cream cheese. Then add the rest of your ingredients salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cheese to the bowl. Combine and mix all ingredients into a creamy mixture.

Cut all your jalapenos in half and scoop out the seeds and membrane. Leave some seeds in for extra heat if needed. Spoon or pipe the mixture inside the hollowed-out jalapenos and top with additional cheese. Cook in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes (start checking after 10 mins)or until cheese has melted and browned.
