Wussup Towners. If you want a nice super flavorful chicken recipe then you have to check out this Herb Butter Grilled Chicken Recipe. We hopped on the grill and grilled this chicken. Chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
Herb Butter
- 4 oz melted butter
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
To make the herb butter use softened butter, add chopped parsley, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Pound out your chicken breast to flatten them out for even cooking. Add all of your seasonings to season the chicken. Place on the grill and cook for 6-8 mins per side. continue to check your grill for hot spots. Flip the chicken and add your herb butter mixture to the chicken on one side and continue cooking. once the second side is done you can remove the chicken from the grill.
