Wussup Towners. Today for breakfast we are making tacos, and in order for us to keep this keto friendly and low carb. We are making our tortilla shell or base entirely out of eggs. It,s basically an eggshell taco or burrito. LOL, whatever you want to call it. Enjoy.
- Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- fillings/toppings
- sausage
- cheese
- tomatoes
- guacamole
- salsa
- sour cream
- jalapenos
We cracked 3 eggs in a bowl, added heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper, and mixed them together. Heated a skillet over medium heat and added butter to the pan to add flavor and assist the eggs with sticking. Poured the eggs into the skillet and lowered the heat to medium low. Placed a lid over top the skillet to assist with the eggs cooking throughout. After 2-3 minutes we checked to make sure that the bottom of the eggs have solidified and then we flipped the egg tortilla over and cooked the remaining side for 30-45 seconds. Once we removed the eggshell from the skillet we loaded it up with the toppings of our choice. Sausage, cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and jalapenos.
