Lettuce Wrap Beyond Burger | Cheeseburger | Plant Based | Keto | Low Carb | Cooking With Thatown2

Wussup Towners. We are going out of our comfort zone and trying something completely new today. We went away from the meat and tried a Beyond Burger. We wrapped it with romaine lettuce to make a lettuce wrap burger and filled it with cheese, grilled jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes. I hope you guys enjoy this video and let’s see how it tastes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 beyond burger patties
  • 2 tbsp Cooking With Thatown2 All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 1 tbs olive oil mayo
  • 1 tsp sugar free ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions
Season your burger patties with salt and pepper or all-purpose seasoning. Take your skillet and add olive oil at medium high heat. Once hot place your burger in the oil and cook for 3 mins per side to form a good crust on it. I also added a halved jalapeno and cooked at the same time as the burger cooked. Once one minute is left in the cooking time for the burger top them with cheese and remove them from heat.

Take your romaine lettuce and slice in half for the bread of your burger and top with mayo, onion slices, then your burger patty with cheese and jalapeno. Top with tomato slices ketchup and mustard (i forgot to add pickles oops) Slice and Enjoy!
