Wussup Towners. Once you taste this Ginger Scallion dipping sauce, I’m pretty sure you will start putting it on everything. This sauce is super easy to make and as always is low carb and keto friendly. You can add this dipping sauce to a variety of different foods or use it as a finishing sauce. Ingredients
2 tbs fresh ginger
4-5 whole stocks of scallions/green onions
1 tsp garlic
½ tsp kosher salt
1 cup of oil (keto i used ghee and olive oil) but any neutral oil can be used canola, vegetable, grape seed, sunflower etc.
Directions
Finely chop the ginger and green onions. A food processor is OK but do not over chop the ginger and green onions so that it becomes a paste. Heat the oil on low to medium heat for 5 minutes but do not let the oil come to a boil. (Stick a wooden spoon in the oil once bubbles form around the spoon its warm) add ginger, green onions, garlic, and salt to a large bowl and pour in your oil it will start to bubble up like crazy due to the liquid in the garlic, ginger, and green onions. stir and let cool. Once cooled it’s ready to use.
