This Cajun Chicken Alfredo recipe is keto friendly, low carb and very delicious. Its made with kale and spinach. This is a quick and simple meal that can be cooked within 30 minutes. It is low in carbs so no noodles will be added or needed. You can load this up with all of your low carb veggies.
Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbs Cajun Seasoning Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Alfredo Sauce
- 4 oz half stick salted butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- Vegetables
- Kale
- Spinach
- Tomatoes
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook chicken over medium high heat for 4-6 mins per side depending on the thickness. For the alfredo sauce. melt butter over low heat and add in chopped garlic saute for 30 seconds. Add heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan cheese. Melt and mix well to combine. Add in vegetables kale spinach and tomatoes as well as chopped chicken. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes and enjoy.
