Today we made a very simple, flavorful, fresh, and light Tuna Salad that can be eaten as a snack, appetizer, or meal. This Tuna salad is Keto Friendly and Low Carb Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 3 cans of canned tuna (in oil or water)
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1/4 cup bell peppers
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/8 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning or seasoning salt
- lemon juice
Opened the cans of tuna and drained out all the liquid, and added it to a large bowl. Chopped up onions, bell peppers, celery, pickles, tomatoes, and garlic and added them to the bowl. Seasoned it with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, and lemon juice. Mixed it all together and placed it in the refrigerator for 30 mins. Served over romaine lettuce leaves.
