Hello Towners. We made a delicious healthy low carb keto friendly carne asada salad, steak burrito bowl with cauliflower rice.
- 2 lbs of Carne Asada
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- Cauliflower Rice was shredded in a food processor and microwaved for 4 mins in to cook and steam.
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon on tomato paste
- tablespoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 3 cups of cauliflower rice half of a
- 15oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of ground coriander
- Kale and Romaine Lettuce base
- shredded cheese
- salsa
- sour cream
- jalapenos
- gucamole
Add Carne Asada/Steak to a skillet over medium high heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, and oregano. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until your personal level of doneness.
Add Cauliflower rice to a microwavable dish and cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes to steam. In a skillet saute onions for 1-2 minutes and garlic for 30 seconds over medium heat. Remove cauliflower from the microwave and add to the skillet. Season with tomato paste, cumin, chili powder coriander, salt, pepper, and a can of diced tomatoes. Cook all together for3-4 minutes until cauliflower has absorbed all the liquid from the tomatoes. Build your burrito bowl and enjoy.
